Summary: I reserved 2 rooms, 317 and 310. My parents were in 310. The shower curtain rod was crooked so water ran out and they are elderly. Next, the water faucet in the shower kept coming off and they had to put it back on. The front desk was made aware.

Summary: I had checked in on the APP and when I got to the room someone else was in it. The staff at front desk rapidly fixed the issue. I spent time on the deck enjoying drinks which was nice, I went to the Restaurant at 9PM and was seated, we waited about 10 minutes and realized they were short staffed, so we left before we could be served.

Summary: Great room! Great view. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and stocked well. It was very quiet at night. They also had live music which was good. Within walking or short driving distance to food and shops etc.

Summary: The stay started with the front desk giving another guest the same key as us and a young man started coming into our room. Worse was when I called desk they acted like it was no problem and that “ he’ll probably bring it back to us”. Really? I should count on that? Then we didn’t get service one day so ran out of tp, no clean towels and when I called I was told they had no staff to bring us tp. All this and restaurant was closed for repairs which the hotel failed to inform us of prior to our stay. All in all I w

Summary: The hotel is in a beautiful location by the river, very walkable and pleasant and close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. But the hotel itself offers little out of the ordinary. The restaurant was closed and furnishings like towels are old. Three mounted bottles of conditioner in the shower, no shampoo or soap. Why?
